Kannada Rajyotsava

Karnataka Rajyotsava, also known as Karnataka State Day, is celebrated annually on 1st November in the Indian state of Karnataka. It commemorates the merger in 1956 of the Kannada-speaking regions of southwestern India under the States Reorganisation Act to form the state. It is marked by the announcement and presentation of the honours list for Rajyotsava Awards by the government of Karnataka, the hoisting of the Karnataka flag with an address from the chief minister and the governor of Karnataka, as well as community festivals, orchestra, Kannada book releases, and concerts.
Students, with the help of their Kannada teachers had put up a colourful cultural show which included dance, drama and songs.

ANNUAL SPORTS MEET 2024 – 25

Annual Sports meet for the students of classes VI to X was held on 21^st November 2024 at Kittur Rani Chennamma Stadium, Jayanagar, Bengaluru. Sri. Shodhan Rai , International Natural Pro-Bodybuilder, Ekalavya awardee graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and Sri Srinivas Gowda BV International Paralympic Athlete was the guest of honour. Mr.Naveen K Pasuparthy, a co-founder of the renowned Nanda Group and the Deputy Chairman of the Compound Livestock Feed Manufacturers Association (CLFMA) of India and chairman of RV Public School and Ms.Shakila R, Principal RV School were also present to encourage the students. 

Students participated in various sporting events and won medals and trophies for themselves and points for the house they represented. Parents were mesmerised by the displays put up by the displays put up by the children.  

Children’s Day Celebration

Children’s day is a beautiful occasion to cherish the innocence, creativity and limitless potentials that every child holds. RV public school celebrated children’s day with lots of enthusiasm and happiness. Children came dressed in colour dress; Various programs were organized for the students.  Teachers, sang, enacted and danced to show their love for their beloved students. The School had organized a Nursery to grade 3 – Puppet show by Ms. Yashoda

Grade 4 to 10 – Programme by Mr. Hulikal Nataraj to create scientific temper snacks and special goodies from the school management. It was a day full of joy and laughter for the students.
